Shipping policy
When will I receive my order?
For made-to-order items, your order will be dispatched 4 - 5 weeks after the closing date of your store.
For stocked items, your order will be shipped within 1 - 5 days after order confirmation.
Where do you ship to?
Shipping costs for orders to Australia and New Zealand will be calculated during checkout. For delivery to other countries, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly provide a customized shipping quote.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
VAT and other taxes
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; S-Trend has no control over these charges, nor can S-Trend predict what they may be.
